Meet The Principals
Vincent Boccia
A licensed New York State Professional Engineer with his field of expertise in waterproofing, façade restoration and forensic structural engineering.
He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree at Hofstra University and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at NYU Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York.
Vincent has acquired extensive building construction experience, particularly in the area of identifying troublesome building details and designing solutions. Vincent specializes in diagnosing water intrusion and drainage problems above and below grade. He has designed waterproofing systems in thousands of residential and commercial buildings.
As a certified instructor, Vincent A. Boccia, P.E. has lectured to Engineers, Architects, and building inspectors on topics of properly diagnosing and waterproofing various structures. His lectures are accredited for continuing education for these professionals. Vincent is the leading authority on waterproofing and building restoration in the New York area.
Vincent provides expert court testimony including forensic engineering evaluation. He has evaluated many building defects caused by adjacent construction activities, various fall accidents caused by poor design and many other construction related conditions. By virtue of his education, training, scientific/technical knowledge and experience, Vincent Boccia is recognized as a court expert and has provided expert testimony in a variety of legal cases. Vincent Boccia is a long standing member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Professional Engineers, and many other engineering and restoration organizations.
Frank Boccia
Frank Boccia is a Principal Project Engineer and Construction Inspector for Engineered Building Inspections, P.C. Frank is a graduate of Hofstra University earning a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. Frank also earned a Bachelor of Science from C.W. Post University School of Professional Accountancy. He is certified as a Structural Masonry Special Inspector and a Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector by the International Code Council.
Frank Boccia is certified by the American Concrete Institute as a Concrete Field Testing Technician-Grade 1. Frank’s work experience spans over 30 years starting in the waterproofing and masonry trade under the tutelage of his father at the early age of 15. The “on the job” training has equipped Frank to understand field conditions and effectively find solutions to challenging project conditions. Frank is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Jesus E. Ceballos
A structural engineer for Engineered Building Inspections, P.C. having over 17 years experience in industrial, commercial and residential building design and construction.
Jesus has over 10 years experience in the design of heavy construction projects and medical and school facilities.
Jesus provides physical examination and construction oversight on high rise New York City construction facades. Jesus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Coast Barranquilla- Colombia in 1985. Jesus was a Structural Specialist and lecturer for the National University of Colombia.
